"sorry."

everyone is always sorry.
"i spilt ur coffee. sorry."
"i didnt mean to say that. sorry."
"i just killed someone. sorry."

its ok if it is used in the right context like say for example,
u say sorry when u accidently stepped on someone's foot or,
u say sorry when u spilt their drink unintentionally.

does "sorry" really seems to be the hardest word?
